Russian Fishermen Catch Squeaking Alien

Two weeks ago several Rostov area fishermen caught what appears to be an alien after an incredibly bad storm off the coast of the Sea of Azov. The sharklike creature was making shrieking sounds, and weighed almost 220 lbs (100 kg). According to Andrei Gorodovoi, Chairman of the Anomalous Phenomena Service, this does appear to by an annomalous creature. However, a spokesman for the Rostov-based zoo said that this very closly resembles a sturgeon.

This is an especially interesting case because there are many myths about the area the creature was caught in that believe that mermaids run rampant in those waters. None have been proven as of yet. Though the fishermen did capture the creature on video with their cell phone, they decided to eat the creature since they had no fear of it.

One fisherman said it was the most delicious meal he’s ever eaten.
